We’ve had another terrific week in the Dordogne this year. The bags are unpacked, the laundry’s done, the wine bottles are in the rack…well, most of them. But more importantly, my clients tell me that their images have been downloaded (I hope they’ve created back-ups)...
Spending time in the Lake District in the winter is becoming something of an annual pilgrimage for me. Apparently, it’s more likely to snow at Easter than around Christmas time in the UK, so I didn’t have much expectation of capturing what would normally be considered classic winter scenes.
Autumn colours in the UK seemed to be particularly vibrant in 2015 – I don’t think it was my imagination. I’ve talked to a few people and they all say the same thing.
You know how it is – you set off thinking that the next few days will be all about landscape photography and it ends up being very different – but in a good way.
